Aubrey: Best Weekend Ever

Best Weekend ever   By Aubrey McGuire                                                 Over the weekend I went to Litchfield, Illinois to see my family. We swam together and played some games. Harold And Robert The Giraffes By Kassie Jefferson Harold was a giraffe who lived in Kansas. His favorite food was Granny Smith apples. It was almost winter and the fellow giraffes needed food. As for Harold, he had enough apples for everybody. But, he never told anyone. You see, Harold wasn’t the brightest of the giraffes, but he wasn’t an complete idiot. Robert was Harold’s best friend and his favorite food was carrots. He also had enough carrots for everyone. Harold and Robert woke up at 4:30 am to pick and pull their food for winter. ******************** • Winter• Harold wore a scarf with blue polka dots and yellow snowflakes. Robert just wore a really weird hat. All of the fellow giraffes were sick and hungry. And after a while, all of the giraffes were close to dying. Then Harold decided to donate some of his food to the ‘Giraffe Food Bank’. And so did Robert. They both saved the town and became leaders. 3,000 years later.. Giraffes ruled the world.
